Interview: Siobhan Reilly of FRONTEO on AI in eDiscovery and message review in RelativityOne

FRONTEO is an AI tech company with software and service offerings for law for lawyers. At Relativity Fest in Chicago, I interviewed Siobhan Reilly of FRONTEO about FRONTEO’s legal software and specifically about its use of RelativityOne.

The main legal function of FRONTEO’s technology is to bring its analytics into review – it was an analytics company first and turned to the legal market which offered good use cases for FRONTEO’s technology.

Siobhan Reilly said that RelativityOne was attractive to FRONTEO (which was an early adopter of RelativityOne) because of the range of applications available to clients. The one which excited them most, she said, is the new functionality for dealing with short messaging, traditionally a pain area in review.
