FTI webinar today: 5 steps to prepare for the GDPR and the rights of data subjects

FTI Technology is running a webinar today, 12 December at 2pm Eastern, about the GDPR and specifically the rights of data subjects in relation to information held about them

The GDPR brings many challenges for organisations. High among them, though perhaps overlooked by many, is the right of a data subject to know what personal data is kept about them and to have it deleted if it is inaccurate, inadequate, irrelevant or excessive for the purposes for which it was collected and kept.

This webinar covers:

  • Data subject rights, including the right of access, erasure, data portability and right to restrict processing
  • Five smart steps IT, Privacy and Legal teams can take now to prepare for subject requests
  • Real world case studies and lessons learned.

Speakers include FTI’s Sonia Cheng.

There is more information and a registration form here.
