iCONECT has been working on speeding up review, responding to lawyers who ask “how quickly can get through these documents?”.
In this interview, Ian Campbell says that there have been more than 200 recent optimisations made to XERA designed to speed up review.
There is, for example, now only one viewer, not multiple viewers, something which removes layers of complexity for the user. Work has been done also to improve the review of emails. It is now straightforward to see a thread, see the context of an email within the thread and, with one click, to go to all attachments and the inclusive documents.
These are all things which the user can do without need for an administrator – the lawyer can simply get on with the review.
