AccessData: bring eDiscovery hardware in house with Summation Appliance

I have written before about AccessData’s Summation Appliance which allows organisations to bring AccessData’s eDiscovery appliance models and managed service offerings behind the firewall to meet the challenges they face when bringing eDiscovery solutions in-house.

An article called Bring E-Discovery Hardware In-House for More Control, Flexibility and Improved Results by AccessData’s Keith Schrodt describes the alternative ways which AccessData now offers for this – the Summation Appliance which purchasers own and administer, and the Managed, In-House e-Discovery Appliance which AccessData installs for remote operation and support.

Between them, these solutions offer alternative ways of tackling the problem depending on volumes and internal resources. Keith Schrodt’s article sets out the options and explains their respective benefits.
