The article summarises the main services offered by the big litigation service providers relevant to routine eDisclosure exercises. Its conclusion is that, whilst you could outsource the entire exercise (and could equally do it all in house) you probably do better to divide up the functions between you and outsiders according to your skills, your budget and the nature of the work in hand.
